The Language Development and Planning Office (ULPDO/ALDU) at the University of KwaZulu Natal, through the BAQONDE Project, conducted an outreach program at Ekwazini High School in uMlazi, Durban. The purpose of this visit was to establish connections and underscore the significance of developing African languages, even within the framework of Basic Education. As part of the visit, students received BAQONDE school visit packs, and engaging sessions were conducted with them.
Join us for this 3rd and last official Baqonde showcase event this coming Friday. Please do spread the word widely! Focus on Polokelo and school outreach.
