Project Meetings

Coordination meetings will be held in South Africa and Europe and will involve the Steering Committee members and/or PMAT representatives. These meetings will allow us to set the project in motion, analyze the necessary framework for the design and development of activities, and keep up with the implementation of management tasks. The final coordination meeting/conference to wrap up the project, assess results, quality and impact will take place in South Africa.

Flash follow-up virtual meetings with the participation of members to discuss the progress of the project, and regular virtual meetings to coordinate and monitor various activities related to each Work Package, will take place throughout the project.
